EDT Learning, AchieveGlobal Partner to Launch Blended Solution

- Leadership for Results Allows AchieveGlobal to Post Proven Learning Solutions Online -

ATLANTA, March 5, 2001 - Two of the e-learning industry's content, design, and technology leaders, EDT Learning and AchieveGlobal, today announced the launch of AchieveGlobal's Leadership for Results, the culmination of a year-long campaign to deliver that company's full slate of corporate training courses online.

Fueled by increasing client demands for a blend of training programs that can equip their employees with the skills needed to meet shifting market demands, Leadership for Results will enable AchieveGlobal, for the first time in its history, to seamlessly deliver its training programs across an array of media—Internet, CD-ROM and classroom—and tailor its offerings according to a client's specific needs.

EDT Learning partnered with AchieveGlobal to design, develop, and implement an online version for each of the company's 17 instructor-led, classroom-based training programs. The challenge was to integrate the diverse content from AchieveGlobal's offline programs with its videotaped simulations and written course curriculum to create an identical series of online modules that could deliver equally compelling content.

"AchieveGlobal's approach to e-learning has always been quality over quantity, and we needed a partner who could work closely with us to produce unique, engaging, and effective courseware while adhering to an aggressive development schedule," said Ron Hocutt, AchieveGlobal.com Vice President, General Manager. "EDT Learning met all of those demands and more and in the process has become an integral part of the AchieveGlobal team and a key contributor to the success of the Leadership series."

"Leadership for Results now allows AchieveGlobal to offer its clients the ability to implement a high-impact learning program that meets their specific needs without having to limit their delivery to one specific medium," said Suzanne Biegel, EDT Learning's Chief Learning Officer. "By collaborating closely with AchieveGlobal, EDT Learning created an online experience that achieves the engagement and quality level that they strive for in their classroom experiences and now allows them to quickly and easily update and customize content to meet their clients' diverse needs."
